    We’re delighted to be part of your wellbeing journey and hope that you enjoy using your Vocā products. Below are further details about shipping and product returns.

    The shipping costs are visible at payment stage and depend on the size of your order.

    Order prior to 2pm to ensure same day dispatch.

    Subscriptions and orders over £70 will receive free shipping.

    We do not ship outside of the UK, currently.

    If you need to change the shipping address of your order once you’ve completed the transaction, please contact hello@voca.london

     

    RETURNS

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement when the item is returned within 14 working days, unopened, unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.

    Items returned by post can take up to 14 working days to process so please bear with us. For refunds we will reimburse you using your original payment method.

    Please complete the returns form with the details of the products you are returning and enclose the note with your returned parcel. Please also include the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. It’s also helpful to include a contact telephone number and email address in case we need to contact you regarding your return.

    Please ensure your parcel is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or trackable courier. Always ensure that you get a postage receipt from the Post Office with your tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Make sure your items are securely wrapped and send your return to:
